Dr. Kanupriya Misra Bakhru is an Associate Professor at JIIT Noida with 17+ years of experience in teaching, research, and industry. She specializes in HR Management and Organizational Behavior, focusing on Competency Mapping, HR Analytics, Teacher Effectiveness, and Higher Education.
She holds a PhD from Jaypee Business School, an MBA from Amity Business School, and a B.Tech from JSS Academy of Technical Education. An active researcher and editor, she has published in Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals and serves on editorial boards, including Elsevier and Emerald.
Dr. Bakhru is also a corporate trainer and consultant, conducting HR analytics, AI in research, and faculty development workshops. She continues to impact HR and Organizational Studies through research, mentorship, and industry collaborations.

Dr. Kanupriya Misra Bakhru is a distinguished academician with 16 years of professional experience, including 14.5 years in teaching and 1.5 years in industry. She holds a PhD in Management from Jaypee Business School, Noida (2015), an MBA in Human Resource Management from Amity Business School, Noida (2009), and a B.Tech from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida (2005). She completed her schooling at Loreto Convent, Lucknow.
Currently an Associate Professor at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida, Dr. Bakhru has been teaching and mentoring PhD scholars since 2011. She has developed and taught courses in HR Analytics, Career Management, and Organizational Behavior, among others. Previously, she served as an Assistant Professor at JSS Academy of Technical Education, guiding MBA students in research and industry-relevant coursework. Her corporate experience includes HR roles at Birlasoft Ltd. and Skymet, managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
